Every year, approximately 6.4 million students graduate, but only 20% of them find work. In ITI, the situation is even worse because even if students get jobs, they are unable to continue or are not retained by the industry. Job fitment is more important than job availability in the ITI Student Challenge. Employees find it difficult to work in the company due to a lack of required skills and motivation.
We discovered that soft skills and work readiness training are just as important as vocational skills during ITI training.
Finishing School Initiative prepares ITI students for the industry so that the industry receives the right skill, attitude, and self-motivated, confident candidates, which increases industry productivity. We provide a platform for learning the practical side of things as well as professional etiquette. It also includes developing communication, management, and leadership skills as soft skills in ITI students, as well as improving financial literacy, digital literacy, and labor law knowledge.
Our primary goal is to bridge the gap between academic standards in education and actual industry conditions.
